The Hornets will not extend a qualifying offer to Bismack Biyombo and he will become an unrestricted free agent this summer.
Biyombo produced a solid 3.1 nERD last season while averaging 4.8 points, 6.4 rebounds, and 1.5 blocks. His defensive presence and tenacious rebounding will make him an attractive option for teams in a backup role this offseason.
