Washington Wizards shooting guard Bradley Beal has been selected to his first All-Star Game, reports Candace Buckner of The Washington Post.
In joining backcourt mate John Wall, Beal will get his first run in the midseason showcase. He's yet another fine backcourt option for the two captains. As a reserve, Beal can't be selected until at least pick number nine.
Beal's 2.4 nERD is second on the Washington squad and ranks 8th among Eastern Conference guards this season.
