Channing Frye (ab strain) will not play Tuesday for Cleveland
Cleveland Cavaliers forward/center Channing Frye (ab strain) will not play on Tuesday night.
Frye, who is rumored to be on the way out in a deal for George Hill, is dealing with an abdominal strain and will sit out versus the San Antonio Spurs. Jeff Green and Tristan Thompson will be in line for extra minutes with Frye out of action.
Frye has averaged 9.0 FanDuel points in 11.4 minutes per game this season.
