Free agent Andrew Bogut receiving interest from multiple teams
Free agent center Andrew Bogut is being recruited by multiple playoff-caliber teams, according to Marc Stein of the New York Times.
Stein adds that the 33-year-old is expected to sign with a team after the February 8th trade deadline. Interested teams want to maintain flexibility prior to the deadline before adding anyone through free agency. The Milwaukee Bucks are the only team that, by name, has been linked to Bogut over the last few weeks.
Prior to his release from the Los Angeles Lakers, Bogut had appeared in 24 games, averaging 1.5 points, 3.3 rebounds and 0.5 blocks in 9 minutes per game.
