Charlotte Hornets point guard Kemba Walker has been made available in trade discussions, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
The Hornets are plagued by bad contracts and underwhelming assets, so they're willing to include Walker in a deal to encourage potential suitors to take on one or two less desirable contracts off the team's books. This year's NBA trade deadline is on February 8.
Kemba is averaging 36.8 FanDuel points in 41 games this season. Over the remainder of the year, numberFire's models project him to record 22.2 points, 3.5 rebounds, 6.1 assists, 1.4 steals, and 2.3 3-pointers per game.
