Bulls' Kris Dunn diagnosed with concussion, won't play Saturday
According to NBC Sports' Vincent Goodwill, Chicago Bulls point guard Kris Dunn has been diagnosed with a concussion and won't travel with the team for Saturday's game against the Atlanta Hawks.
Dunn took a hard fall during Wednesday's game and hit his face off the ground in the process. He suffered a few chipped and dislocated teeth, but wasn't believed to have suffered a concussion. It turns out that he did upon further evaluation, so he'll sit out Saturday's game. At this point, it's unclear when Dunn will return to the team. Jerian Grant will start in his place until further notice.
Dunn was projected for 29.3 minutes and 30.9 FanDuel points before being ruled out. His next chance to play will come Monday against the New Orleans Pelicans.
