Lonzo Ball (knee) unlikely to return for Lakers on Friday
Los Angeles Lakers point guard Lonzo Ball (knee) isn't expected to play against the Indiana Pacers on Friday.
"From what I see he doesn’t look like he’s ready to start playing," head coach Luke Walton revealed. Ball is already out for Wednesday's matchup with the Oklahoma City Thunder and it sounds like he'll miss a third straight contest on Friday as well. Tyler Ennis figures to draw another start while Jordan Clarkson should and Josh Hart should continue to see additional run.
Ball is averaging 33.7 FanDuel points in 36 games this season. Over the remainder of the year, numberFire's models project him to record 14.1 points, 4.7 rebounds, 5.5 assists, 1.3 steals, 0.9 3-pointers, and 2.9 turnovers per game.
