Mavericks are hopeful J.J. Barea (groin) will play on Saturday
The Dallas Mavericks hope that guard J.J. Barea (groin) will play on Saturday against the Portland Trail Blazers.
Barea missed Tuesday's game, but when asked about his groin injury he said, "It should be OK." Considering the Mavericks' next game isn't until Saturday, Barea does have time on his side to heal up.
If Barea is able to play, numberFire projects him for 24.8 against Portland on Saturday.
