Miami's Tyler Johnson (ankle) won't undergo MRI
According to the Palm Beach Post's Tom D'Angelo, Miami Heat guard Tyler Johnson will not need to undergo an MRI on his injured left ankle.
It was believed that Johnson would have an MRI on Tuesday, but that original report has been refuted. The fact that he's not going for one is a good sign, though he's still expected to sit out a game or two. If ruled out for Wednesday's game, Wayne Ellington would get a lot more minutes with Josh Richardson picking up more of a role for Miami.
Johnson's averaging 12.1 points, 3.6 rebounds and 2.2 assists, and is projected for 22.3 FanDuel points against the Milwaukee Bucks.
