Isaiah Thomas struggles from field, finishes with 19 points in Cavaliers' loss
Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Isaiah Thomas scored 19 points (8-of-21 field goals, 2-of-2 free throws) with 1 rebound, 4 assists, 1 3-pointer, and 1 turnover in 32.0 minutes of Monday's 118-108 loss to the Golden State Warriors.
Thomas went just 1-of-7 from downtown, and in five games since returning from hip surgery, he's gone a combined 26-of-72 on field goals (36.1 percent) and 7-of-30 (23.3) on threes, both of which are on pace for new career-lows. It's somewhat expected after Thomas was sidelined for seven months, and he managed to top 30 minutes without issue, so things should only improve moving forward.
Thomas scored 38.7 FanDuel points on Monday night, compared to his average of 43.4 FanDuel points per game this season.
