Pistons signing Kay Felder to two-way contract
The Detroit Pistons are signing point guard Kay Felder to a two-way contract, reports The Vertical's Shams Charania.
Felder, a Detroit native, played for the Chicago Bulls earlier this year. He was originally a second-round pick of the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2016. Barring injuries, it's unlikely that he sees any more than limited run off the bench. Monday is the deadline for teams to sign players to two-way deals.
In 14 games with Chicago, Felder averaged just 3.9 points, 1.4 assists and 1.0 rebounds over 9.6 minutes per game.
