Cleveland Cavaliers guard Isaiah Thomas (rest) will not play Thursday against the Toronto Raptors, according to Blake Murphy of The Athletic.
With the Cavs on the front end of a back-to-back on Thursday, Thomas will rest while being expected to return to the starting lineup on Friday night. Jose Calderon will likely start in his place on Thursday night.
Thomas has averaged 15.0 points 3.3 assists, and 13.4 FanDuel points per game this season.
