Anthony Davis (right ankle sprain) sitting out for Pelicans on Wednesday versus Grizzlies
New Orleans Pelicans forward/center Anthony Davis (right ankle sprain) has been ruled out on Wednesday night against the Memphis Grizzlies.
Davis wasn't expected to play after injuring his ankle on Monday night versus the Detroit Pistons, so this doesn't come as any surprise. Dante Cunningham will draw the start for the Pelicans while DeMarcus Cousins figures to take on more of the offensive load.
AD is averaging 48.7 FanDuel points across 34 games this season. Over the remainder of the year, numberFire's models project him to record 25.1 points, 10.6 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 0.8 steals, and 2.1 blocks per game.
