Washington Wizards small forward Otto Porter (hip, back) will start Wednesday against the Utah Jazz and play "about 30 minutes."
Porter is ready to roll after sitting against the Milwaukee Bucks on Saturday. Kelly Oubre will return to the Wizards' bench.
