Knicks' Kristaps Porzingis dealing with fatigue issues
New York Knicks power forward Kristaps Porzingis admitted to feeling fatigued after playing a back-to-back set on Tuesday and Wednesday night.
Following a loss to the Washington Wizards, Porzingis said, "I'm tired. I'm so tired right now." He spoke a lot about energy levels for both he and the team. As far as we know, there's no plan for him to sit any games, but there's a chance that he sees his minutes monitored in a little more in the coming days. If that's the case, look for Michael Beasley and Kyle O'Quinn to get a little more run at the four-spot.
Porzingis has yet to play a full season and is averaging 32.3 minutes per game so far in 2017-18. He's projected for 32.4 minutes and 38.3 FanDuel points in Friday's game against the Miami Heat.
