Washington Wizards forward Otto Porter Jr. (hip) will not play on Sunday against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Kelly Oubre is moving into the starting lineup, and he should be in for some big minutes with Porter out. Mike Scott and even Jason Smith could see some more minutes as well.
