Hassan Whiteside (knee) won't travel with Heat on Friday
According to the Palm Beach Post's Anthony Chiang, Miami Heat center Hassan Whiteside will not travel with the team for Friday's game against the Charlotte Hornets.
Whiteside's already missed six games due to a bone bruise of his left knee, and Friday will make it seven. He has gotten in some on-court work and is nearing the end of his 1-to-2 week timetable. But, for now, his status for Saturday is up in the air. Kelly Olynyk and Bam Adebayo will continue to split time as long as he remains sidelined.
Whiteside was projected for 37.6 FanDuel points against the Hornets. With the chance to play Saturday at home, he's pegged for 39.1 FD points so long as he's able to suit up.
