Will Barton (back) ruled out Wednesday for Denver
Denver Nuggets guard/forward Will Barton has been ruled out for Wednesday night's road game against the Boston Celtics.
What It Means:
Barton exited Tuesday's game with a lower back contusion, but he was probable entering tonight. He must not have felt good enough going through warmups, so look for Juan Hernangomez to start or Wilson Chandler to play small forward with someone like Kenneth Faried at power forward. Jamal Murray and Gary Harris will carry more of the offensive load tonight as well.
Averaging 30.6 FanDuel points per game, Barton will look to return to the court on Friday. He's projected for 27.7 FD points as the Nuggets host the New Orleans Pelicans.
