DeMar DeRozan scores 17 points, dishes out 8 dimes in Raptors' loss
Toronto Raptors guard/forward DeMar DeRozan scored 17 points (5-of-13 field goals, 7-of-10 free throws) with 5 rebounds, 8 assists, 2 steals, and 2 turnovers in Monday's 96-91 loss to the Los Angeles Clippers.
DeRozan shot below 40.0 percent for the first time since November 25 but he was once again active as a facilitator on offense for Toronto, falling just one short of his season-high in assists that was set in the previous game. DeRozan has now handed out at least 8 assists in four of his last seven games, bringing his average up to 5.2 assists per game on the year. The Raptors face the Suns in Phoenix on Wednesday.
DeRozan finished with 39.0 FanDuel points on Monday, right in line with his average of 38.3 FanDuel points per game this season.
