Chicago Bulls forward Bobby Portis scored a career-high 23 points on 10-for-15 shooting Monday, to go with 4 rebounds, 1 assist, and 1 steal over just 23 minutes in a 108-85 win over the Boston Celtics.
Portis had the jump shot working all game, but he made several good post moves and he also recorded a lone assist to his buddy Nikola Mirotic. Lauri Markkanen sat out because of a back issue, so if that continues, Portis and Mirotic will have to find a way to coexist. Both of them had excellent games on Monday, so that may help the mending.
Our early models for Wednesday project Portis for 21.8 FanDuel points at a cost of $3,800 against the Utah Jazz.
