Dennis Smith Jr. (hip) ruled out for Mavericks on Tuesday
Dallas Mavericks point guard Dennis Smith Jr. (hip) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the San Antonio Spurs.
Smith already missed the past two games and remains without a timetable to return, so consider him questionable for Thursday versus the Golden State Warriors. Yogi Ferrell will be in line for another start on Tuesday while J.J. Barea and Devin Harris should help fill Smith's void as well.
Smith is averaging 25.6 FanDuel points in 23 starts this season. Over the remainder of the year, numberFire's models project him to record 13.6 points, 3.7 rebounds, 3.6 assists, 1.4 3-pointers, 1.0 steals, and 2.1 turnovers per game on 42.0 percent from the field.
