Atlanta Hawks guard Dennis Schroder scored 21 points on 9-for-14 shooting Sunday, to go with 1 rebound and 3 assists over just 22 minutes in a 111-107 loss to the New York Knicks.
It was the second night of a back-to-back, but Schroder did not play the final eight minutes of the fourth quarter. After the game Schroder told reporters to, "ask Coach and let me know," in regards to his benching. Mike Budenholzer said it was a, "coaches decision," which does not bode well for a pair that have clashed in the past. Hopefully they can put it behind them before Tuesday's tough game against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Our early models for Tuesday project Schroder for 33.6 FanDuel points at a cost of $8,300.
