Jameer Nelson (ankle) doubtful to play Sunday for Pelicans
New Orleans Pelicans point guard Jameer Nelson is considered doubtful for Sunday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers.
This is the first we're hearing of the ankle injury, but it might just be something bothering the 35-year-old veteran. Either way, he'll more than likely sit on Sunday with Rajon Rondo poised to get more minutes as he returns from a DNP-rest on Friday. Ian Clark should see a slight uptick off the bench as well.
If he can give it a go, our models project Nelson to tally 18.8 FanDuel points in Sunday's matchup with the 76ers.
