Al-Farouq Aminu nets 17 points in start for Blazers on Tuesday
Portland Trail Blazers forward Al-Farouq Aminu scored 17 points on 6-for-10 shooting Tuesday, to go with 6 rebounds and 1 block over 36 minutes against the Washington Wizards.
Aminu's 36 minutes were a season-high, which was a nice sign the night he re-entered the starting lineup. Noah Vonleh only saw 15 minutes, while Ed Davis had 10, and that was with Jusuf Nurkic going down in the fourth quarter too. If Aminu can continue posting big minutes as the starting power forward, he warrants fantasy consideration in all formats.
Our early models for Saturday project Aminu for 24.2 FanDuel points at a cost of $4,600 against the Houston Rockets.
