Pelicans' Anthony Davis (hip) doubtful for Wednesday
New Orleans Pelicans forward/center Anthony Davis (hip) is doubtful for Wednesday's game against the Denver Nuggets.
David did get in a limited practice on Tuesday, so his return shouldn't be too far off, but head coach Alvin Gentry said that Davis won't be back in action until he is 100 percent healed up. Look for Dante Cunningham to draw a start while the Pelicans play more small ball in Brow's absence.
numberFire's models project Davis for 23.4 points, 10.5 boards and 2.3 assists in 36.2 minutes per game over the remainder of the season.
