David Nwaba (ankle) travels with Bulls, may play Thursday or Friday
Chicago Bulls guard/forward David Nwaba (ankle sprain) traveled to Denver and could be active on Thursday against the Nuggets or Friday versus the Sacramento Kings.
Nwaba was expected back on November 19 but suffered a setback and has remained on the sidelines since November 4. He was averaging 32.3 minutes in the two games prior to injury but it's unclear what sort of role Nwaba will take on upon return.
Nwaba averaged 19.0 FanDuel points across eight games (three starts) before going down. Over the remainder of the year, numberFire's models project him to record 0.9 3-pointers per game on 37.7 percent from deep.
