Iman Shumpert (knee) will return for Cavaliers on Monday

Cleveland Cavaliers guard/forward Iman Shumpert (knee) will return on Monday against the Philadelphia 76ers.

What It Means:

Shumpert has been out the past three games after injuring his knee on November 17. He will step in behind Jose Calderon as the Cavaliers' backup point guard. Derrick Rose (personal) remains away from the team and Isaiah Thomas (hip) isn't expected back until January.

Prior to injury, Shumpert averaged 12.1 FanDuel points in 12 games. Over the remainder of the season, numberFire's models project Shumpert to record 5.0 points and 0.9 3-pointers with 1.5 rebounds, 0.8 assists, and 0.5 turnovers per game on 42.2 percent from the field and 36.0 percent from beyond the arc.
