Spurs' Kawhi Leonard (quad) to remain out Saturday
San Antonio Spurs forward Kawhi Leonard will not play Saturday against the Charlotte Hornets.
This isn't all that surprising. Leonard has yet to be given a timetable and hasn't returned back to practice. He continues to recover from a quad issue that's kept him sidelined for the entirety of the 2017 season to date. Tony Parker (quad) is also out Saturday for the Spurs. Kyle Anderson will again start in the absence of Leonard.
Our models project Leonard to average 33.6 minutes, 24.7 points, 6.6 rebounds and 5.0 assists upon his return to the team this season.
