Nicolas Batum (elbow) exits Hornets' win early, questionable for Friday
Charlotte Hornets guard/forward Nicolas Batum (elbow) made an early exit from Wednesday's 129-125 win over the Washington Wizards, and is listed as questionable for Friday's game against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
What It Means:
Batum left at the end of the second quarter and was unable to return. The elbow is the same one that kept him on the shelf to start the year, so hopefully he didn't aggravate anything. The questionable designation comes from the game notes and should, therefore, be taken lightly but it's an encouraging sign for owners that he at least has a chance to play on Friday. Jeremy Lamb would be the primary beneficiary if Batum misses time.
Batum finished with 7.1 FanDuel points in 13.8 minutes on Wednesday. He's averaging 24.5 FanDuel points across five games this season.
