Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Isaiah Thomas (hip) got in some light contact work during Wednesday's shootaround.
This is the first word of Thomas participating in any sort of contact work as he continues working his way back from a torn labrum in his right hip. The 28-year-old guard remains on track for a January debut at the latest.
Once active, numberFire's models project Thomas to average 25.3 points, 3.3 rebounds, 5.7 assists, 2.9 3-pointers, 1.1 steals, and 2.5 turnovers per game on 46.1 percent from the field and 39.0 percent from deep.
