Raptors not committing to starter upon Norman Powell's (hip) return
Toronto Raptors coach Dwane Casey would not commit to Norman Powell or OG Anunoby as the team's long-term starter at shooting guard, reports Josh Lewenberg of TSN Sports.
Casey said that he would figure the rotation out upon Powell's return. He's been out for four games and could return as soon as Wednesday. Anunoby, a 20-year-old rookie, has started all four games and fared well in Powell's absence. No matter which way this works out, it's likely to be a timeshare with veteran C.J. Miles also in the fold off the bench.
For Wednesday's game against the New York Knicks, we have Powell projected for 20.6 minutes and 15.3 FanDuel points if he's able to play. As for Anunoby, we like him to tally 15.8 FD points in 19.9 minutes.
