Anthony Davis scores 36 points in big Pelicans win Monday
New Orleans Pelicans forward Anthony Davis played through his facial injury on Monday and hit 9-for-19 shots and 18-for-22 free throws for 36 points, 15 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 blocks in a tough win over the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Davis came back from his facial injury and didn't miss a beat, getting to the line a season-high 22 times. The Pelicans had been struggling on defense, but they held the Thunder to just 107 points, and after a day off Tuesday they will play the San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday.
Our early models for Wednesday project Davis for 49.2 FanDuel points at a cost of $10,800.
