Raptors' Pascal Siakam impresses in spot start on Friday
Toronto Raptors power forward Pascal Siakam started and racked up 13 points in Friday's 107-84 win over the New York Knicks.
With Serge Ibaka (knee) out, Siakam was called upon to make his fourth start of the season at power forward. He made the most of it, turning 34-plus minutes into much more than scoring. In addition to going 6-of-11 from the field, he grabbed four rebounds, handed out five assists and managed three blocks and a steal on the defensive end.
Siakam's 35.3 FanDuel points flew by 5x value as well as his projection of 23.6 FD points. He will get a night off before making what could be a second straight start against the Washington Wizards on Sunday. At this time, we project him for 15.2 minutes and 12.1 FD points in the matchup.
