Bradley Beal goes 13-of-14 from the line for 26 points as Wizards beat Heat
Washington Wizards shooting guard Bradley Beal scored 26 points on 6-of-19 field goals (1-of-6 3-pointers) and 13-of-14 free throws with 7 rebounds, 1 assist, 2 steals, and 2 turnovers on Wednesday in a 102-93 win over the Miami Heat.
The made free throws are Beal's most this season, and it helped make up for another poor shooting night, as he's gone a combined 2-for-12 (16.7 percent) from beyond the arc over the past two games. On the plus side, he's pulled down a season-high 7 rebounds in back-to-back outings and is now averaging a career-best 4.9 per game on the year. The Wizards face the Heat again on Friday at home.
numberFire's models projected Beal to score 35.3 FanDuel points (FP) on Wednesday, and he finished with 39.9 FP. On the season, Beal is averaging 37.1 FP per game.
