Tony Allen (knee) remains out for Pelicans on Wednesday
New Orleans Pelicans guard/forward Tony Allen (left knee inflammation) will not play against the Toronto Raptors on Wednesday.
This will be Allen's third straight game on the sidelines. Ian Clark should continue seeing a boost in playing time for the Pelicans.
