Joel Embiid misses 76ers' shootaround, still expects to play Wednesday
Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid did not participate in the morning shootaround, but he's still expected to play against the Los Angeles Lakers on Wednesday.
The reason for the absence is unknown, but Embiid was reportedly still dealing with soreness, so the 76ers may have just given him the morning off. If he winds up sitting out versus the Lakers, Richaun Holmes and Amir Johnson would see more work.
numberFire's models currently project Embiid to score 47.4 FanDuel points at a cost of $9,700 on Wednesday.
