Wizards' Markieff Morris expected to play 24 minutes on Tuesday night
Per The Washington Post's Candace Buckner, Washington Wizards coach Scott Brooks expects to play forward/center Markieff Morris 24 minutes on Tuesday against the Dallas Mavericks.
Morris has been limited to 14 and 17 minutes since returning from offseason hernia surgery. It appears that he's made it through the first two games without a setback so the Wizards will bump up his minutes for game three. That will leave Otto Porter to play more small forward as Kelly Oubre's minutes take a hit.
Our models project Morris to tally 10.4 points, 5.4 rebounds and 21.4 FanDuel points in 23.9 minutes. He costs $4,400 in his home matchup against the Mavericks.
