Bulls' David Nwaba (right ankle) to miss 2-4 weeks
Chicago Bulls point guard David Nwaba (right ankle) will miss the next 2-4 weeks, according to head coach Fred Hoiberg.
Nwaba is dealing with a severe ankle sprain he suffered on Saturday against the New Orleans Pelicans. With the second-year undrafted free agent on the shelf, Paul Zipser will return to the Bulls' starting lineup. Their next draw comes Tuesday on the road against the Toronto Raptors.
Nwaba is averaging 19.0 FanDuel points per game this season, and in three starts, he's been solid with 9.0 points, 6.7 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 1.3 steals, and 1.3 blocks on 52.2 percent shooting from the field.
