Mavericks' Wesley Matthews (foot) a game-time decision in Minnesota
Dallas Mavericks head coach Rick Carlisle said guard/forward Wesley Matthews is a game-time decision on Saturday, reports Mavs.com's Earl K. Sneed.
Matthews is being bothered by a foot injury and could be be held out Saturday night. He did go through a pregame session, so we'll see if he's feeling good enough to give it a go. Yogi Ferrell and J.J. Barea could see more run with Harrison Barnes possibly sliding to small forward and freeing up minutes for Dwight Powell.
On the second half of a back-to-back, Matthews is projected to play 33.9 minutes against the Minnesota Timberwolves. And, if he can go, our models like him to yield 12.9 points, 2.3 threes and 23.7 FanDuel points at his $5,000 price tag.
