Update: JaMychal Green (ankle) to return for Grizzlies in two weeks
Memphis Grizzlies power forward JaMychal Green (ankle) is expected to return to game action in approximately two weeks.
Head coach David Fizdale said earlier Tuesday that Green didn't have an official timetable, but the Grizzlies released a statement saying that he is "progressing well" and "beginning light court work" before giving the two-week timeline. Jarell Martin will likely return to the bench once Green returns to the starting lineup.
numberFire's currently expect Green to average 10.4 points, 0.9 3-pointers, 8.7 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 0.7 steals, and 0.6 blocks in 58 games over the remainder of the year.
