Miami's Hassan Whiteside (knee) ruled out for Monday
Miami Heat center Hassan Whiteside (knee) will not play on Monday against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Whiteside went through shootaround Monday morning, which Eric Spoelstra said was encouraging, however, the big man will still miss his fifth straight game. Bam Adebayo, Kelly Olynyk, and James Johnson stand to see the biggest boosts in playing time while Whiteside is on the shelf.
Once healthy, our models project Whiteside for averages of 15.5 points, 13.5 rebounds and 2.1 blocks across 32.6 minutes per game the rest of the year.
