Hornets' Michael Kidd-Gilchrist to play limited minutes again Friday night
Charlotte Hornets coach Steve Clifford reiterated that forward Michael Kidd-Gilchrist will again play limited minutes on Friday against the Houston Rockets.
What It Means:
Kidd-Gilchrist played just 11 minutes in his first game of the season on Wednesday. He's still regaining his form after missing time due to the passing of his grandmother. He's set to see more minutes than he did last time out, but his limitations should allow Marvin Williams to play more small forward as Frank Kaminsky enters at power forward. Dwayne Bacon might also play 20-plus minutes again.
