Doug McDermott looking for first three of season in Knicks' home opener
New York Knicks small forward Doug McDermott is projected for 6.7 points and 1.0 three-pointers in Saturday's matchup against the Detroit Pistons.
What It Means:
McDermott played nearly 24 minutes in Thursday's blowout loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder. But he wasn't his normal self and contributed just four points without a three-point make on a single attempt. Coming off the bench, he's not going to see that many minutes tonight, however, we like him to be more a contributor for New York.
Having watched his salary fall $800 to $3,800, McDermott is projected for 11.0 FanDuel points in 17.6 minutes tonight.
