Utah's Rodney Hood (calf) is officially out on Saturday

Utah Jazz guard/forward Rodney Hood will not play on Saturday against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

What It Means:

Hood was carried off the floor Friday night and is officially out on Saturday. After an MRI he's been diagnosed with a mild calf strain. His absence will leave more time for Donovan Mitchell and Alec Burks alongside Joe Ingles on the wing.

Averaging 18.3 FanDuel points through a pair of contests, Hood is projected for 14.3 points in 28.6 minutes per game in 2017-18.
