Rodney Hood (calf) considered day-to-day for Utah

Utah Jazz guard/forward Rodney Hood has been diagnosed with a minor calf strain and is day-to-day, according to the Salt Lake Tribune's Tony Jones.

What It Means:

Hood was carried off the floor Friday night and is surely out on Saturday, though there has been nothing official yet. His absence will leave more time for Donovan Mitchell and Alec Burks alongside Joe Ingles on the wing.

Averaging 18.3 FanDuel points through a pair of contests, Hood is projected for 14.3 points in 28.6 minutes per game in 2017-18.
