Rockets looking for temporary replacement for Chris Paul
According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the Houston Rockets have been on the search today for available point guards.
With Paul reportedly out up to a month, Wojnarowski is reporting that the Rockets are looking to sign a free agent to fill in during his 2-to-4 week absence. The Rockets have an open roster spot so they wouldn't have to make an additional move to make it work. Of all the available players, Jameer Nelson seems to be one of the more obvious choices.
Recently waived by the Denver Nuggets, Nelson averaged 9.2 points and 5.1 assists in 27.3 minutes a game and 75 games a season ago.
