Lakers' Jordan Clarkson trying to stay hot after 18-point performance
Los Angeles Lakers guard Jordan Clarkson is projected for 12.6 points, 1.3 threes and 2.3 assists in Friday's game against the Phoenix Suns.
In last night's season debut, Clarkson came off the bench behind Brandon Ingram. He produced 18 points on 7-of-16 shooting and 2-of-3 from deep while contributing two rebounds, two assists and two steals in 22-plus minutes. He was a pleasant surprise while acting as a fill-in for suspended Kentavious Caldwell-Pope.
Tonight, Clarkson might have earned himself a little more run and might even start if Luke Walton decides to hold Luol Deng out in favor of Ingram at the small forward position. Given that, we project him for more minutes (24.3) and 20.3 FanDuel points at $4,700.
