Los Angeles Lakers power forward Larry Nance Jr. will start the season opener against the Los Angeles Clippers.
Nance will start over Julius Randle, who has been dealing with back spasms recently. Kyle Kuzma had also been in the mix to earn the starting job throughout the preseason, but Nance will get the first run in the regular season.
