Detroit Pistons center Boban Marjanovic was a DNP-CD versus the Charlotte Hornets in Wednesday's opener.
Andre Drummond was in foul trouble, but Marjanovic wound up playing behind both Jon Leuer and Eric Moreland on Wednesday night. The Pistons won, so head coach Stan Van Gundy may be inclined to go with the same approach again, although he claims the backup-center minutes will be handled "by committee." Detroit faces the Washington Wizards on Friday.
numberFire's models project Marjanovic to average 9.2 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 0.5 blocks in 15.6 minutes per game this season.
