Wizards' Otto Porter: 76ers should worry about matchups
In regards to the Philadelphia 76ers' positionless players, Washington Wizards forward Otto Porter said, "It's not going to affect us at all. They've got to worry about our matchups, too."
The 76ers have some very versatile players in their lineup, with Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons. They also will deploy Jerryd Bayless as an off-ball point guard, meaning Simmons and Embiid should have the ball a lot on the offensive end. But Porter is shrugging off that and doesn't see it as much of a problem. After all, Porter is a versatile player himself and has shown his ability to guard threes and fours, inside and out.
In Wednesday's season opener in Washington, we project Porter to tally 31.5 FanDuel points on 34.8 minutes, 14.9 points and 7.0 rebounds. He costs $5,800 and ranks second behind only Jimmy Butler in projected output tonight.
